Rajasthan will be the first state in the country to have two veterinary and animal science universities. The Veterinary and Animal Sciences University in Bikaner (First) will have 16 districts under its jurisdiction, while the new university to be set up in Jobner (Second) will have jurisdiction of 17 districts.
